Cooking is mostly associated with woman but certainly not an industry dominated by them. Take a look around and you'll find the best chef in leading hotels and restaurants are lead by men. However, in regards to taste and culinary, it has become everyone's attention and most folk's favorite topic. There's certainly abundant opportunity present in this culinary field, epecially in Indonesia with its diverse culture and rich culinary history. In 1999, we published our first version of Sedap Magazine followed by Tabloid Saji in 2003. More than a decade later, characterized by practical and tested recipe, our food and culinary media continues to dominate this sector and serve the needs of enthusiasts not only in Indonesia but also in the region.
